Hey all! Just a reminder that tomorrow is the 3rd Tuesday meet-up at Los Girasoles in Stow, OH

My husband and I will be hosting this months meeting.

@Jill F. will hopefully be away sailing!

Come enjoy this informal meeting to chat with other local investors. We always love to see both familiar and new faces each month.

Hi all! I am happy to host a meetup before November ends! It will be virtual on zoom - I will create an event and include the link on this thread later on today. I am going to try to invite a lender that can discuss financing considerations for investment properties. If you interested in Akron investing I also distribute an e-newsletter each week (on Tuesday's) where I share some analysis of current properties listed on MLS and cover other pertinent investing topics.     Hi Everyone! Just a reminder that the next Akron Investor Meetup is scheduled for Tuesday 12/15 at 6pm via ZOOM. We will hear all about SDIRAs as it pertains to real estate investors from a local expert- Roberta Hudy. She is the Director of Education and Onboarding at iPlan group - a local SDIRA custodian based in Westlake.     Zoom fatigue=above normal limits!

    Is anyone ready to get this going again in person? Now that the weather is warming up, I would like to see if we could pick this back up at a brewery with a larger outdoor space. Lock 15 in Akron has a great patio that would work- open to any other suggestions!

    If you are interested and ready to have our next meetup in person, please DM me with your preferred day of the week and time. Once I ha e some good input I can work on getting this scheduled and work out capacity details with the restaurant to ensure we are staying as safe as possible!

    I’m vaccinated and up for an in person meetup. With the weather getting nicer there are a lot of patio options or even places like parks.
