I am excited to connect with fellow investors and entrepreneurs in the Bucks and Montgomery county, Lehigh Valley County/Philadelphia/South Jersey area. This meeting will be held outside. No masks are required but you are welcome to wear one. In the chance of rain, the event will be postponed to the following Thursday July 30th.     How does Friday, July 23rd work for you guys? Breakfast or lunch? I was thinking maybe Michael's in Montgomeryville. It would be great if we can get 6 or more. Is there a way to "advertise" on Bigger Pockets to attract more investors?

    Hey Don, I am also interested. I haven't met any of you guys but have recently relocated to Bucks County and am definitely interested in meeting up with other investors. I'm not sure I can make the 23rd though keep me posted and I will do my best.

    I just realized that Seth is having an evening meeting on the same day. I could cancel the morning one, move it to next month or still have it. Your thoughts?

    What morning works best for you? I can meet at 9 am at Michael's in Montgomeryville on any morning except Mondays and some Wednesdays.  We can shoot for the end of this month.  Thanks

    I can put something together for this month. We could do something very informal just to meet and get the ball rolling? 

    The Trolley Barn might be a good spot. Could meet outdoors if the weathers nice. Let me know your thoughts.

    Since Michael's is a more central location for investors on this thread, let's meet there Thursday, October 28 at 9 am.  Is everyone okay with this?  If anyone wants to hear about it, I can talk about creative buying strategies using seller financing and subject to.

    Ok... here's what we have. Meet at the Trolley Barn at the outdoor fire pits (I'll reserve one or two depending on how many people want to come) Let me know what date works better: Thursday October 28 or Saturday October 29 - 7:00-10:00 or whenever we want to leave. 

    This will be very informal. No agenda other than meeting each other and connecting. Maybe share a little bit about what we each are doing and where we want to go. Something we struggle with and are really good at.

    Give me the day that works and I'll confirm with everyone.

    @Nate Boykin I can do Thursday October 28th or Friday October 29th. Family wedding on Saturday October 30th so would not be able to attend if that day was chosen.
