Smoky Mountain STR Mortgage Lenders

Does anyone have a contact for a competitive lender in the Smoky Mountain region that will do commercial or STR loans that you can refer me to? We work with portfolio and small regional lenders in the Mid-west, but they will not service that region of the country.

    This is the contact info for the lender that I used to purchase my vacation home in the Smoky's. Not sure what type of commercial products they have, but they are a national lender but he is local in Maryville. He did a great job for me.

    I used Parker Borofsky of Movement Mortgage. Parker and her team helped make the process smooth for me investing 1000 miles away.
