Is AIRDNA accurate for gross rental income?
How accurate has airdna projections been to your actual gross rental income been for the year to anyone with a short term rental? For example the number i got was 55k on airdna. When i talked to a property management company they said they projected it to be 30k. Now she said it may a bit on the conservative side but that is almost cut in half. Any ideas or feedback would be much appreciated.
