I am considering an STR in West Seattle that is close to a bunch of activities. Are there any local property management companies that you can recommend who provide full-service STR management?

Haha well... I'm gonna pitch my own services. I just kicked off a company last week (Evergreen Stays). We have our first listing running, 1 onboarding, and a few other leads I'm chatting with. Our first property is actually down in the West Seattle area as well!
I don't want to just have a sales pitch on here, so feel free to DM me if you wanna chat more!
Aside from myself, there's a few companies that also come to mind:
- StaySophari, MyBetterStay, & Homekey.
I always recommend chatting with a few companies to see who you would enjoy working w/ the most.

Hey @Thom Knapp. I have no recommendation for you. Have you considered just managing it yourself?
With the purchase price being so high (I assume) and the nightly rate around Lowman Park being under $200 a night it could be tough with a PM to make any money.
As a matter of fact, there aren't that many rentals in the general area at all. Most are rooms on AirBNB.
I would take some time and look at all the STR's in West Seattle. Most are quite a few blocks apart and very few close to the water. It might be a crapshoot.

@Thom Knapp - I own a short term rental in West Seattle. It is managed by someone else (a small “mom and pop shop” with a personal touch approach and a successful track record over nearly a decade).
