Ok everyone. I am going to post this deal I found and hope it won't get deleted. I have worked it all out so we should be good.

Now this isn't a fancy TV, but it would make a good large bedroom TV or something like that. I have the 65" Element Roku as the main TV in our lake house. It has been doing well for just over a year.

    I don’t watch TV, or even own a TV for that matter, but maybe I could use this in a short term rental… ;)

    Target has recently had some other great deals on TVL Rocu TV's.

    We had to ask for the TVs as they has them in the back and limited them to 1 per customer.

    Oh, Roku is THE ONLY WAY. I used to get calls "Uh, I can't get the remote to work." Or, "Does your cable subscription get The Ocho? I want to watch dodgeball finals." Roku took my "cable doesn't work" from 2x weekly calls to 1 in a year. It's an STR must-have. @Michael Baum, thanks for the great deal tip!
