Do you put Christmas trees or other decorations in your STRs?

Most of my places have a utility closet with a 3 foot pre-lit artificial tree.  It's up to the tenants to put it up.  Some other places have Christmas lights on the deck that have been up for 5 years.  What do you have?

It's a personal choice. I could see some people liking it, some indifferent, and some would look elsewhere because they don't celebrate Christmas.
