Hello, does anyone l know or owns in Grand Bellagio condo in Clearwater. We are looking for investment as Airbnb and wanted to know if str are allowed in that community?

You don't want to do STR in a community with an HOA anyway. Even if they allowed it now, they could change tomorrow.....

I had a good friend living there and he looked into STR before selling and he said it was not possible. I would double check but it is doubtful at best. Sorry!

@Niti Bhat Looks like you must own for 7 months prior to leasing it out and min. lease is 7 months but as @Bruce Woodruff mentioned, call and ask to confirm.
