I'm looking to start a short-term rental business in Portland, and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with getting exemptions for commercial or mixed-use zones in the city of Portland. What was the process like, and were there any specific requirements or challenges you faced in order to get exempted? Also, where can I find more information about this process?
