30A Watercolor Florida Vacation Home/Rental

BP,

I'm wondering if anyone on here has a home down in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida (30A). I have just started kicking around buying a home here for my family and I, but I would need to rent it out year round as well. Does anyone have experience with this in this area? If so, pros? cons? I would imagine the returns aren't great, but if it pays for itself or has very little return, I'm still willing to look into it. Please let me know if you have any information on this topic! Thank you!

Fantastic market. I live here. Watercolor is pricey as I’m sure you know. Might not make a ton of cash but will rent well when you’re not there March-October Happy to help just let us know
