Superhost status earned not given: Oregon Coast Beach STR Anniversary success story!
Congratulations and shout out to my client's for earning Superhost status well within their first year anniversary of acquisition.
These investors connected with me from out of state early last year 2023, and 90 days later were operational in Florence Oregon with their first STR and dream walk to the beach Oregon Coast vacation rental. Closing had some hurdles...but they had a vision for their portfolio (and within reason) were willing to get creative and stayed tenacious when the transaction got challenging.
More importantly, they executed post closing operations and duties seamlessly with excellent design, furnishing, launch and management.
They had confirmed their first booking within minutes of their STR listing and have not looked back since! 🍾
