I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s not the big upgrades that make the biggest difference in bookings,but the small details.

Things like lighting, clearer check-in instructions, or even how a space is arranged can quietly improve guest experience.

 Yes they do.  Also they mention how clean the place is.  That's number one: super clean, shiny, no dust under the beds, flawless clean.
