Any connections to STR realtors in WA/OR

I am exploring additional STR properties in Washington State and Oregon- does anyone have any recommended realtors to connect with?

I am, of course, looking at FB communities, local meet-ups, etc. to connect with people but extending to this forum as well. Thanks in advance!

    For Oregon, Eugene (I went to school there so am quite familiar with the area) and then also exploring Bend/Sunriver. Let me know if you have any reccos!

    I live in Eugene and own an STR, as does @Mike Grudzien. STR-friendly agents would be Dan Gandee and Logan Porter of The Operative Group. In the Bend/Sunriver area I'd recommend Corey Hanson with REAL Broker or Sarah Willis.

    Hey @Marisa Seadler, Ok so why WA and OR?

    @AJ Wong has the deets when it comes to coastal rentals but it is a tough row to hoe. It will take AJ really guiding you to the right place and that will be one, maybe two to choose from.

    Bend has banned short term rentals inside the city limits. You can look outside but it is pretty hard scrabble IMHO. We have been there several time looking for a place and couldn't find one that worked.

    Sunriver is a cool area but I seriously doubt you will make any money there. Prices are very high and nightly rates don't support the outlay.

    I hate to be the debbie downer here but it is hard. I have no details other than they have some pretty common sense regs there.

    Personally I would think that STRs that focused on the U of O would do best. Lots of stuff goes on there and it is a passionate alumni and fan base. Plus maybe short stay long term rentals for traveling staff and professors.
