Where are STR professionals networking these days?

I've been wondering if there's a platform dedicated to networking within the STR industry. There are plenty of places to discuss hosting, investing, and real estate in general, but it seems like STR operators, co-hosts, investors, and agents are spread across Facebook groups, BiggerPockets, local meetups, conferences, and other online communities.

I'm also curious if there's a place where people can not only connect professionally, but also discover property opportunities and potential partnerships within the STR space.

Have you found any communities, platforms, or groups that are particularly useful for networking, finding properties, connecting with investors, or building relationships with other industry professionals?

I'm looking to expand my STR business and network, so I would love to hear what's worked well for others and whether there's a go-to place people recommend. Thanks in advance!

@Brianna Camp as with RE in general, I’d say much of this local - REI groups, regional investor associations, etc. I know here in the northeast there’s a bunch of local groups that meet monthly to discuss investment opportunities. Just be prepared for the usual agents and sales folks pitching their services.

I would say BP is mostly long-term STR investors. If you're a long-term type, this is your place. Lots of good info from a variety of sources here. The "partnership" word kind of scares me.
