Checklist for Property Manager/Caretaker for Vacation Rentals

We just bought our first investment property, a 2-unit home on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico.  Interviewing property managers and caretakers and looking for some sort of checklist that would help us in knowing what to ask and look for in a good property manager.  We're figuring things out as we go, but was hoping to see what others with vacation rentals do if they don't live close to the property.

I Googled vacation cleaning checklist and found some when I was starting out. I never ended up using them because I have always found great cleaning people who knew what they were doing without a checklist.
