Anyone doing Short Term Rental in South San Jose for SFR

I am looking for someone who has been successfully doing STR in South San Jose. I just closed on a property so trying to see if STR is a better option in the short term. Would love to connect with someone who has had success with STR in the area.

@Gaurav Mehta I’m not in San Jose or whenever @ken latchers is having such a hard time but where I am it’s easy as pie and I live nowhere near my properties.
