How necessary is Wifi in a cabin rental?

My husband and I just closed on a cabin near Gatlinburg. There is no available Wifi service to the house, just satellite. We do have cell phone signal and my husband bought a cell booster to help ensure people have good signal from their phones. Do you think this will be a big deal breaker? Should we even buy satellite internet?

@Abigail Nittle My opinion is you definitely need it. Millennials like myself would pass on it simply because they don’t know how to function without it. As well you’ll lose people hoping to do a ‘working my vacation’ where they work remotely Friday and then vacation the weekend.

If no internet and no cell service, I would stay elsewhere. What if I want to order food? Look up things to do or directions? Emergencies? I am thinking of liability where someone has heart attack and they can't call out.

Whqt if problem at property. How do they communicate with you?

Even if satellite service, you could put severe restrictions on it so at least I could make a call. Charge per mb or something. I don't care if in your ad. Not everyone reads this.

@Chris Watson thanks! We’re actually looking into a similar service that some other local cabin owners have recommended. Hoping it does the trick.
