Looking at condos in a Daytona Beach and there seems to be some good priced units. I’m curious if anyone invest there any what kind of return are you seeing on them? Looking at Airbnb looks like the availability is hit or miss.

Return is of course highly dependent on how much you purchase the property for but if you're talking strictly gross rents, there is plenty of opportunity in this market. I manage a bevy of properties in the area, many of which are 2-3 bedroom condos grossing $40-60k. So it's definitely doable. Check out the "Ocean Walk" condos they do well.
