How is the vacancy rate? Do you feel that the every 3 month turnover and sudden assignment changes affects this at all?

I love my travel nurses! The are responsible tenants and leave my units immaculate! You can advertise on FurnishedFinders.com for $99/yr or just advertise your listing for free on the ff fb page. I have done both. When I have paid the yearly fee, the Nurses find me. When I have just advertised my unit on the fb page, I often had to troll to look for Nurses when they posted that they were looking for housing in my area. Either way was successful though, at least for me. I am slowly converting more of my units into medical housing since it has been so great. FB also has various travel nurse pages that I would suggest you join.

It's been my experience that travelling nurses don't get a generous per diem, and they tend to be psychotic mutts.

Refinery contractors and other such travelling workers get a better per diem, and they can be psychotic or a mutt; but not both.
