Do you put up a Christmas tree in your STRs?

Question

I've got some wind farm construction workers that want to take a look at my places today. We set up a Christmas tree in the place I'm going to show them. Do you set up a Christmas tree in your places? Post a pic if you have one. The best tree will get some of my 2021 calendars.

@Paul Sandhu we have not put up a tree at our STR. It seems like extra work and people are already booked for the rest of the month, so we decided to skip it. I am a little disappointed by your tree. I assumed there would be a bottle of whiskey or six pack of beer under it. I would love one of your calendars. I bet it is a real page turner.

This year we have our first Christmas guests so I am putting up a tree and doing some decorating!

Yes! And we are taking my employees and spouses up there this weekend for a little Christmas party before our next renters check in.

Absolutely. We do not put photos up so when people arrive there is a 'wow' factor. I can understand the objections, but honestly the amount of people that mention it in a message outweigh the people who don't. we spent aprox $200 on decorations for each unit and we will have them forever (fake tree).

Had some guys from Tennessee give me some mason jars of what they called "Apple Pie". It's moonshine with apple flavoring. I'll leave a jar of it under the tree. PM me your address and you'll get 2 calendars. "Building Babes" and "Swimsuits".
