My STR town is ranked #1 as the worst place to live in Kansas for 2021.

It's good to have goals.

Seriously, it's just evidence that there's money to be made in just about any market. You just have to figure out how.

I don't care too much about the town ranking, although it is pretty good I guess.

People come to out Lake house to be away from town and create memories with their family.
