Suggestions for Debit / Credit Cards for Airbnb/VRBO hosts?

Does anyone have any good suggestions for Debit / Credit cards for short-term rental owners/operators that help you maximize cash back and give you perks?

I've been doing some digging and haven't found anything that's super valuable here.

Spending so much to get these places set up, I've just been churning sign-up bonuses the last year or so. Just finished up Sapphire Preferred and Ink Preferred at 100k ultimate rewards points each. It's knocked my credit score down about 50 points opening up around 6 new cards this year but still well outside the realm of affecting any loans.

When I'm not hitting sign-up bonuses I use the Amex Blue Business, which is a straight 2% on everything in the form of Membership Rewards points which are super valuable.

One of the Chase Ink cards will do 5% on some utilities/streaming I believe. And Chase Freedom sometimes rotates its 5% into home improvement stores. Of course the Amazon Visa for 5% on Amazon purchases of which there are many.
