Hey BP,
Looking for some references for professional and experienced vacation rental cleaning companies in the Destin / Miramar Beach, Florida area. I'm ideally looking for companies that have experience with larger homes and who also have basic maintenance capabilities to address issues like broken toilets, replacing HVAC air filters, etc.

@John Underwood Planning to make a lot of calls this week. I'm managing from out of state for the next 9-12 months so I need a cleaner that I can trust and has a history of quality performance and a solid reputation. Current cleaner is small/medium in size and although I haven't had any disastrous experiences, there are recurring complaints from guests that need to be corrected. I'm giving them some time to address the issues appropriately, but need to be prepared if they can't continue cleaning to my standards and the standards of my guests.
