That is why a friend of mine is considering doing Friday to Friday. Cleaning services would be easier to schedule and people would be in the house the entire weekend instead of not getting in till Saturday afternoon.
Seems like the big boy time share companies mostly do Sun-Sun stays. Must be a reason for this.
Check in late afternoon Sunday...checkout Sunday morning.
I guess it could depend on your market and where your demand comes from. Are they fly in or drive in? Drivers perhaps can make it in late on Friday, maybe fly in Sat or Sunday.
