Front Royal and/or Luray - ISO investment realtor

I am new to investing but I have been studying for months and I am ready to take the plunge. I have decided on the Shenandoah area because of its mostly year round seasonality and it is not too far from my house in Maryland. I am looking for an investment realtor that can work with me in that area. Mostly interested in Luray and Front Royal, but open to other suggestions that are STR friendly. I am looking for a house in the 500K range.
