Starting a meet up with motivated investors

I’m interested in learning as much as I can in real estate and I believe that comes from learning about others experiences and their journeys as well. If anyone is interested in the Los Angeles area maybe we can do a meet up or a virtual zoom meet up as well. I believe talking about investments, markets, financing, and much more could be very beneficial.

Hey everyone, 

Just so everyone is aware, there are a lot of existing meet ups, some are virtual now too. These work too, but if you are looking to network with people in your respective areas as well (SD, OC, LA etc) meetup. com is a useful resource if the events on BP aren't showing up. FIBI is a well known resource, LAREI is out near San Gabriel, and maybe 30 others between the two of those. My partner and I ran one in eagle rock, at least up the the shut down, and they are great resources for learning and expanding your networks. Do this still, but just be aware of your local resources as well.

    @Terry Harris, I'm on board!

    I'm an LA investor. I'm invested in several syndications and funds, and I'm house-hacking a duplex in Hancock Park. The last year, I've learned how valuable an investment in multifamily residential can be -- so I'm pursuing my agent's license to help others find their perfect investment. I'd love to get an LA meetup going, especially one focused on our own backyard, which I think (contrary to a lot of popular belief here on BP) is a fantastic market for investing!
