Greetings Community,
My Name is J. Lancaster & i am completely new to RE Investing. I've read a ton of books but have absolutely no experience. I've chosen to begin with Wholesaling to generate seed capital for future deals & to focus on Lease Options to establish continuous Streams of income in the long term.
My toughest challenge has been locating current phone numbers & especially The Cell Numbers of Property Owners I've researched since so few People seem to still have landlines today. So, I am open to any advice The BP Community would be Willing to share. It would be greatly appreciated. I am excited about this new journey. I look forward to learning all i can & hopefully to working with many of you in the future. Thank you for this opportunity.

Just browsing around after Googling some general investment stuff and Columbia/Baltimore caught my eye... me too!
I haven't done the extensive reading that you have but hope to get started. To be honest, most times I find forums are more valuable than books. I'm working on my own project site at the moment as I learn more about investing.
Wish I could help you on the phone number thing... really was just saying hi... but I usually just resort to persistent Googling.

Mr. Jackson, thanks a lot for the feedback. It's greatly appreciated. I agree with you. I've really learned a lot at the Meet Ups I've attended. so, I'll definitely keep attending. If you're also interested in the Columbia/Baltimore Area you might want to sigh up for the BWI Meet Up Group. It's Free 7 nothings solicited by the Organizers. I ton of helpful info though.

@Jerry W. Thanks a lot for the feedback. I was actually wondering if employing some method where Motivated Sellers contact me would be more effective but I don't know how to go about that & at this point every dollar counts for me. Do you have any experience taking that approach? If so, would you mind sharing what you know to be a few key pointers? It"d greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Sorry @J. Lancaster , I am a buy and hold guy. My advice comes from all the posts I see about wholesalers. Sorry I can not be more help. Check out the learn section for wholesalers, or set key word alerts for "wholesale". Good luck

@Ned Carey LOL I'm actually already a member of the BWI Meet Up & I've attended two meetings thus far. Very Good advice but nothing to help me actually GET STARTED.
