Hi, I’m John. Im 16 years old and on the verge of graduating the 10th grade. Im located in the Southern Maryland area (specifically Calvert County). Im primarily interested in the stock market and I have accumulated a significant amount of profit and education regarding said topic (studied for 2 years and grown my account to 20k+). However, I want to dive deep into the depths of real estate. I have listened to the first 20 BP podcasts and watched various YouTube videos discussing real estate. I’m motivated and filled with a burning desire to educate myself on this market! Please feel free to share your two cents.

welcome and congratulations, @John Gamble!
Great job on the success and smart move to look into real estate as well. There is so much great content out there, so much so that one can easily get lost.

A great book to get started, that covers all aspects of real estate investing, is: https://store.biggerpockets.co...
The biggerpockets real estate rookie podcast is also great: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
Generally speaking the content that Mike Zuber and One Rental at a Time produces is fantastic and I would high recommend following.
I would be happy to stay connected and share any tips tricks tools we may have, so please do not hesitate to reach out, connect, and DM if interested.
