Hi BP Fam! I am an experienced Real Estate Agent (8 years) in the DC area and have partnered with a past client to begin flipping homes in the area. We have capital to get skin in the game but our immediate short term goals are: 

1. Find lending partners 

2. Find our first deal - hope to get something under contract in 3-6 months
