New to house flipping in the Washington, DC Area

Hi BP Fam! I am an experienced Real Estate Agent (8 years) in the DC area and have partnered with a past client to begin flipping homes in the area. We have capital to get skin in the game but our immediate short term goals are: 

1. Find lending partners 

2. Find our first deal - hope to get something under contract in 3-6 months

    @Samuel Wardle welcome to BP. The DC market is very expensive but can also be lucrative. The Baltimore market is a short drive away and much cheaper, but has it's own challenges.  If you are doing  business in the DC area then @Russell Brazil is somebody you should connect with. He is one of the best agents in the are. Probably the number one best for investors.
