I wanted to introduce myself and welcome any new connections in the Atlanta Metro area. I've been wholesaling in the Gwinnett, North Fulton areas and will be branching out to Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb in the coming months.

I just wanted to reach out and possibly connect. I have been wholesaling in the metro Atlanta area for close to 2 yrs now and really come across a ton of great flip opportunities. What types of deals are you currently wholesaling? are focusing on the buy side or the sell side? or both? I am currently buying atleast 10 properties a month. Lets sit down some time and talk about how we can do business together.

I'm in Gwinnett so it's good to come across other investors who work in this area. Do you only wholesale? I'm always interested in hearing what type of investing is working for other investors.

@Rachel Leonard Our primary business has been wholesale, we have done 2 fix and flips and intend on doing more in the future. My partner and I would like to build more capital in our business through our wholesale operation and venture into additional areas of investing. What's your primary focus?
