Hi everyone
I thought it was time that I introduced myself.
I’ve recently moved from London, England to Fredericksburg Virginia. (US Green Card Holder)
So far I’ve been highly impressed with you all on here and the quality of information that you’ve all been willing to share.
I’m still trying to find my way around the whole US Real Estate game and have not decided specifically in what area I’m interested yet but possibly commercial. I have done Real Estate Crowdfunding in the UK.
I’m very open to networking with as many of you as possible, especially if you’re in the Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland area.
I do need help with a variety of things which I’ll post in the marketplace.
Looking forward to connecting with as many of you as possible.

I'm interested to learn more about your crowd-funding activities in the UK...what type and scale of projects were involved?

I'm also in Northern VA, so if you need anything, reach out. I'm a Realtor here as well, so if you need something off the MLS (data, etc), I'm always happy to assist.

Welcome to BP @Eveian Salmon! I hope your investing career goes well in the states!
My recommendation would be to listen to the Podcast as much as you can and also, to find your local REIA by going to www.nationalreia.com and network with other successful investors as much as you can! Some REIA's can be a bit of a sales fest (not all, but some), however, most of the ones that I have been to were GREAT for networking with others in the business! Good luck! :)
