    Hi Jimmy, I didn't get a chance to visit with you at the REI meeting the other day, but it was nice to see you there. I'm glad to see you on BP as well. I'm looking forward to hearing how your investing goes in Kenai. My wife and I have talked about buying property either there or out towards Homer. You're a lucky man to call such a beautiful area home.

    Hi @Jimmie Jack Drath ,

    Welcome to BP. Used to pass by your neck of the woods for work way back when in a prevous life. Do you fish? I think the Kenai area is good for catching Kings. I never did get a chance to do that, but did some Silver fishing in Kodiak. Lots of great info and advice here. Check out the Learn tab up top and dig in. See you around the forums.

    Hi Jimmie Jack Drath , I am also in Kenai, and working on my first investment property. Do you have any recommendations for home inspectors, roofing contractors, general contractors in the area? I tried using Angie's list, and it looks like Kenai is too small of a place to get much help there lol. Thanks!
