Hi all, I'm Jess! I'm brand new to real estate investing and am pursuing my first house hack in Colorado. By day, I'm a data engineer and love my career, but long term would love to be job-free and build generational wealth for my family. I'm in my early 20s, from a town in IA, and graduated with a dual degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of Iowa.
