Hi my name is Marcelino Ortiz my wife and I started a new journey in investing in real estate we currently own 2 houses and we are looking to own few more we love working in our houses we try to get as much done our selfs thanks to our lawn care business we own we where lucky to purchase our 2 houses we currently rent

Lawn care can be an excellent business when done right and it sounds like you are doing great so far. Keep buying and eventually the passive income will overtake the active!

thank you for the last 5 years our lawn care business has being. Doing really well we are able to run the business just my wife and my self we currently do a lot of commercial accounts
