Military Buy and hold investor CT

Posted

We have been buying and holding properties for 22 years, but only recently started thinking of it as a business. We bought 4 single family properties and one multifamily, all in Central Connecticut over the past year. We've recently entered a partnership to continue investments throughout CT and focus on B&H multifamily properties and small commercial properties.

Interested in any distressed properties meeting those criteria, especially through the central corridor of CT.

Quote from @Samuel Eddinger:

@Brian Sparks - welcome to BiggerPockets!  Finding wholesalers is a strategy (though it doesn't generally pay off unless you get lucky).  You can do postcard programs, driving for dollars but that is a significant time investment.

I continue to filter all properties below a certain price points in areas I wanted to own.  As of today, there is a property (281 Main Street, Cromwell, 06416) that could be good but it will need a bunch of work.  The area is good and if you got a nice renovation going, you could make money on the property.

Reach out if you have any questions.

Thanks, Sam. I'll follow up with you and Janina on email.
