Army Soldier eager to learn how to be a real estate investor

Hi All,

My name is Joao Hortencio and I am an U.S. Army Soldier currently stationed in JBLM. I am excited more about real estate investing wherever the Army has me stationed at and how to use my VA loan to buy a great investment(s).

I plan on staying Active Duty and do real estate at the same time. I learned about the Bigger Pockets community from a fellow soldier that has a few properties while serving full time in the military. 

It seems hard but if other people successfully did/do it, with the right knowledge/tools I can make it happen too
