I'm an inspired real estate investor and Sr. Mortgage Broker with Barrett Financial. My passion is real estate, and my vision is to be a full-blown Real Estate entrepreneur. I'm located in the good old hot deserts of Phoenix, AZ. My target markets are AZ, FL, and TX, other than being nationwide. I'm about 85% done with my first flip in San Antonio TX. Syndications, commercial real estate, BRRR, Flips, Airbnb, I want to learn about all of it and thrive with like-minded investors and individuals.

Awesome work Carlos, glad to see other people with like minded ideas! I also live in the Phoenix area and just got my real estate license. I have some rentals in other areas but none here. Would love to pick your brain on how you create cash flow in the market and make AZ a successful market. Let me know if you would be open to a chat!

Hi @Carlos Valadez! I love the passion and energy! Congrats on your first flip. I'm in San Antonio. What are you planning to do with the flip? I'd be happy to provide a revenue projection as a short term rental if you'd be interested. I manage 17 listings in the area currently, and one in AZ. @yhamllc

Hi Jeremy...thank you so much for connecting and for the inspiring quote good sir! Super nice to connect with like-minded pro's looking to kill it and build true power in networking and connections. I'm looking to list the property and get it sold. (2822 Little John Dr. SA 78209) I'm interested in jumping into some fix-and-hold in the future.

Congrats on the flip Carlos! I live in the Valley as well and have some similar goals to you on building an amazing portfolio with a powerful team around me.
