I'm located in the good old hot deserts of Phoenix, AZ. My target markets are AZ, FL, and TX, other than being nationwide. I'm about 85% done with my first flip in San Antonio TX. Awesome work Carlos, glad to see other people with like minded ideas! I also live in the Phoenix area and just got my real estate license. I have some rentals in other areas but none here.
