Hi. just closed my first deal on 8/6, so im all hyped up. 27 yr old law firm manager looking to tell my bosses to piss off. I am an inactive RE agent and i have been in the legal field for about 3 years. My family thinks im crazy to use my saving to invest but when they see me in 5 years they will be the crazy ones. I purchased a duplex for 150, financed 200, and it appraised @ 250. Cash flow of about 700/month and 8k in reserves for expenses and 50k in equity (i love my equity)
Any other floridians in here???
