Commitment to Real Estate Investing -Seeking Connections and Growth
Hi everyone, I’m Ana, based in Richmond, Virginia.
Several years ago, I bought a couple of rental homes in Florida but at the time, I wasn’t very involved or serious about real estate investing and eventually sold them, without knowing about the great 1031 exchange opportunity. Now, I’m committed to becoming a professional real estate investor to help offset my tax burden and generate strong cash flow.
I want to start with rental properties in Virginia and nearby areas. So far, I’ve mostly been searching on Zillow, but I know there’s much more to finding good deals. I’m looking to connect with realtors who specialize in investment properties and to learn from all of you here.
My long-term goals are to build enough passive income to retire comfortably and to continue expanding my real estate portfolio over time. I’m excited to be part of this community and look forward to connecting and growing with you all! Thank you.
