New to BP and Real Estate Investing
Hi everyone. Currently located in New Jersey. While I've been looking at and thinking about investing in real estate for a while. I finally am ready to dive in. While it may seem daunting what separate the successful people from the rest is just actually doing it and putting the fear aside. I consider my self to be pretty investment savvy as my professional career is in the financial services industry as a licensed financial professional, currently focused on working with qualified retirement plans. My goal is to use the the next few months to research and absorb as much informations as possible and by the end of the year or q1 next year have my first 1 or 2 properties. Initially my wife and I want at least 1 property that we can use to vacation ourselves and as a STR and continue to grow from there looking mostly at STR and LTR properties. I have a 3 year old son and we really would just like to be able to build something that allows us the financial freedom and flexibility to be present and spend time with family and experience life and something that can create long term wealth for future generations.
