Introduction of a newbie.... again
Hello everyone!
IF anyone actually goes into my profile, you will see I am a "member" here since 2016. I had this idea that all I had to do was go on a few forums, read a several books, listen to a podcast or two, and I would be an investor. Easy peasy, no problem. As the ones that do the hardwork, you know it is more than that.
I won't go into the details of why I never was able to follow and do the steps, unable to get our of analysis paralysis, or why the one two punch life game me, but I am finally ready to do this in earnest.
I can say that I have learned a lot in my professional career. Making a decent salary, having minimal obligations, and a being much better financial position, I am have made a few decisions on how to begin .
My credit score is excellent, my investment savings in low but have a high confidence I can put away $40k by March 1st 2026, and am targeting small multi-family homes in Memphis or Indianapolis. I am flexible on that, it's just what I found so far that thought would be a good place to start.
I am looking forward to taking action and ready to get into this world. Looking forward to learn more from everyone here.
