Rent Out Our Single Family and House Hack
Hi everyone! 👋
Real estate investing sounded like a great way to leave something to my kids, but I thought it would be a while before we could afford to start acquiring properties. Stumbling across Real Estate Rookie interview with Dion gave me the idea that we could rent out our small single family home and buy a duplex to house hack, with a 3.5% down payment. It feels great to have a plan to get started! Anyone have experience in this to give advice? Thanks!
