New Investor in VA/NC
Hi, I am new to real estate and getting started in Virginia and North Carolina as an investor. I got started naturally by renting out my home in Raleigh, NC when I moved to Virginia last year and just recently purchased a duplex in Danville, VA. I am highly motivated and looking to build a portfolio in long term rentals. I am currently working on building capital and I'm super interested in the BRRR strategy. My 10 year goal is to own and operate 120 long term rentals. I am looking to learn as much as I can from BP and connect with professionals.
