Brand New and Looking to Start the Adventure ASAP
My brother and I recently partnered to launch our first LLC together, with a focus on real estate investing. We're excited to get started and plan to flip one or two properties initially to build momentum and generate capital for future down payments.
Right now, we’re in the process of securing a hard money lender. Before we go the “Google and hope for the best” route, I wanted to reach out to the BiggerPockets community to see if any reputable hard money lenders are active here or if anyone has recommendations based on personal experience.
