Hello, everyone! My name is Chandler.

In a nutshell, I’ve got a property for sale in the south Fort Worth area. My plan is to use the equity to invest in my first property. I’m posting this in hopes of meeting and connecting with investors in the area.

I work as a project manager for a growing civil repair contractor and if I’ve learned anything from it it’s that networking is important.

Investments I’m heavily considering - section 8, multi-family.

Hey Chandler — welcome! Using your current equity to get into that first investment sounds like a smart move. There are some great multi-family and Section 8 opportunities around DFW right now if you dig a bit.

Hey @Chandler Crane, that’s a smart move. I’d recommend focusing on building relationships with local investors and property managers before buying anything. From my experience, the right network will save you from costly mistakes and connect you to deals before they hit the market.
