Reintroducing myself, wanting to get into real estate in Indiana
Hi everyone, coming back to the forum after years of inactivity. Live southeast of Indy working at Honda. What brings me back quite frankly is I have been a renter for six years now, and getting tired of it. Now that I'm beginning to make a good wage at work, I am looking to learn, network with people in the area plus around the state, and fingers crossed house hack in the next couple of years to begin building equity and wealth. All I really know is Indiana is one of the friendlier landlord states. Looking forward to meeting you.
