Longtime podcast listener, first time investor
Well, after listening to the the various BP podcasts for way too long, we finally pulled the trigger and have our first purchase agreement. Like I did many years ago with my first personal home purchase, I'm having that slight up-tick in the heart rate going, "oh no, what did we do?" followed immediately by, "there's so many things I know we need to do any figure out, crap!"
So yeah, we're here - finally connecting on the forums and while scared, excited to finally be moving forward in this adventure.

Welcome to the BP community and congrats on making the biggest and hardest step, the first one.
I started my investing career just over 30 years ago in Minnesota, buying a total gut job on the east side of St Paul on a credit card. I totally understand the feelings your feeling.
This is a great place to reach out and get other peoples feeling on a specific problem you might be having. But I understand the point of not knowing what you don't know. Take it one step at a time. REI is a marathon not a sprint. Keep learning with every step.
