Starting Rental Property Investor

Omar Sanchez
Posted

Hello,

My name is Omar Sanchez. I recently moved into Omaha, Nebraska working in public accounting. I enjoy accounting but I don't enjoy the full-time aspect of it; I've been interested in rental property investments since my days in college and now actively trying to get my first rental property.

I look forward to meeting anyone and everyone.

Hi @Omar Sanchez,

Welcome to the journey! Omaha is actually a solid market for getting started good rent-to-price ratios and steady tenant demand without the crazy competition you see in bigger metros.

If you ever need help with rental analysis, feel free to reach out!

Good luck!
