Excited to Join the BP Community – Hello from CA!
Hi everyone, I’m LT, and I’m excited to join the BiggerPockets community. I’ve been following BiggerPockets for a few years now—reading the articles, learning from the community, and staying plugged in through the newsletters—so it feels great to finally jump in and participate.
I’m based in California and focus mainly on investing and wholesaling, working with distressed property owners and connecting motivated sellers with serious buyers. My core markets are vacant, tax-delinquent, pre-foreclosure, and other high-motivation situations where a fast, fair solution really matters. I also come from a background in digital media and video production, which helps me communicate clearly, present deals well, and build strong relationships.
My company, LLC, is built around community revitalization and responsible investing. I'm here to learn, grow, and connect with investors, agents, and other REI professionals who value integrity, collaboration, and solid execution.
