Looking to meet people who have raised capital before

Hi! I'm new to the Biggerpockets forums but have been around the Biggerpockets universe for a few years. I am a CPA and work at a Big 4 accounting firm doing financial due diligence. I started looking at real estate investing right after grad school but didn't have much capital of my own to start. I am now married with a 3-month old and have lived in our own home for a 2.5 years in Nashville. I would like to meet people who have had success raising capital by bringing on partners to their real estate deals. My wife and I have a goal to purchase our first investment property in 2026 and we are getting to point where it is financially feasible. However, in order to achieve the deal we're looking for, we would also need a financial partner. Any assistance and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
